The economic adversity of Ghana has exerted pressure on every Tom, Dick, and Harry. Both young and aged to rove from place to place, struggling to make ends meet. This principle has rooted in Banda-land for a longer period of time, driven almost all the youths of Banda far away from home to gather for themselves and their families.

Our geographical location and some activities of men (pollution) have greatly affected the natural resource of our motherland, leading to less or no job opportunities. Because of this, the rural-urban drift is consistently improving in our
locality making our youth and energetic people fleeing away every day.

Am convinced, that, your absent from your noble families is not your fault. But remember that your parents and families are always worrying about you every day, despite the fact that they couldn’t make it to the apex. Their worries get to its peak when the year is getting to an end. Their expectation is your arrival.

Brothers and Sisters, our families and loved once are waiting for us all during this Christmas. I am sure that your returns will create a new atmosphere in your family and Bandaman as a whole. Your friends miss and need you. Your electronic cakes, flowers, cards and chats you used to share are not enough during this Xmass. Come HOME, Banda needs you for real.

Come and let us make merry together, Banda is our home, motherland and everything. Don’t forget that, Home Sweet Home.
